Great at home workout!
This mini stair stepper is such a great workout! It will definitely make you sweat and you’ll feel the burn. I love hopping on while watching one of my shows it makes the time fly by. It even has an adjustable resistance setting that lets you make the workout harder if you want more of a challenge. I don’t personally use the included armbands I prefer my own weights but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it’s the perfect at-home machine, especially if you live somewhere like Arizona where it’s over 100° outside and working out indoors is a must. The noise isn’t too loud it’s what I expected especially from this type of equipment. It was also easy to assemble and requires little space in any room. I100% recommend!

It’s compact, easy to store, and surprisingly effective for such a small machine. It’s perfect for getting in a good cardio session without taking up a lot of space or needing a gym.Pros:• Compact & Portable: Fits easily in my living room, and I can tuck it away when not in use.• Low-Impact: Great for joint-friendly workouts, especially if you’re avoiding high-impact exercises.• Effective: Gets my heart rate up and gives my legs a solid burn after just 15-20 minutes.• Sturdy: Despite its size, it feels well-built and stable when in use.• Optional Resistance Bands: Some models come with built-in resistance bands which are great for adding an upper-body component.Cons:• Repetitive Motion: As expected, the motion can get a bit repetitive, so I usually pair it with music or TV.• Not Ideal for Tall Users: I’m average height, and it works fine, but taller users might find the range of motion a bit limited.• Limited Resistance Settings: Some steppers don’t offer much adjustability, so workouts can feel the same unless you change pace manually.Bottom Line:If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable, and effective way to stay active at home, especially on busy days, this stepper is a solid choice. Easy to use and can be used anywhere
Great machine and great price. Works well and something easy to help you work out. Can be used while you watch tv, work on the computer, or in a home gym. Keeps steps and time and easy to reset.

Its not quiet.
Nice lil workout. I use it once i get up or throught the day. My only complaint is the squeeking. As soon as i get on it. I do see the difference since i started using it. Gotta change the eating habits and use this. I use weights instead of the band but happy about having it as an option. If someone can tell me how to stop the squeaking then i would rate this 5 stars

Great for beginners, but bad for tracking
Been using for a couple of weeks. It is small, compact and easy to use however I have been noticing that the step counter is reading less and less of my steps, even if I am making full contact going up and down. It also has been starting to squeak real bad as I work out which is distracting. I am hoping to follow the suggestion of lubing it because I have been trying to use it everyday to see if that changes it.

I love this little stepper so much that I ended up buying one for work too!
I work in IT, so if I don’t make myself work out, I won’t. Most of the time, I’m sitting all day. I used to have an elliptical bike combo that I loved and used frequently. Even though I spent most of my day sitting, I’d still manage to get a workout in before and after work. But when we remodeled, we moved it to the basement and never brought it back upstairs. Since it was down there, I stopped using it (I really dislike being in the basement).To stay active, I bought one of those under-desk peddling bikes, but it didn’t work out because my knees kept hitting the desk. So, I ended up going without working out for a while. After the remodel, I told my husband I wanted to bring the elliptical bike combo back upstairs, but he complained that it took up too much room, which, honestly, it did.I decided to look for something smaller on Amazon and came across this stepper. I thought, “Why not? It’s affordable, so what do I have to lose?”What I loved right away about this stepper is that it arrived almost fully assembled—the only thing I had to do was attach the arm bands. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much space, and is super easy to use. I loved it so much that I even bought one for work! In the picture, I’ve placed it next to the under-desk peddling bikes, and as you can see the difference. The under-desk peddling bike is taller then the stepper.For the price, this stepper is definitely worth the money. If you’re looking for a compact device that doesn’t take up much space but still provides a solid workout, this is the one to get!

Great little workout portable machine
I bought this for home because even though I have a gym membership I never actually go because I work a lot and am too lazy/tired to drive over there. But this is affordable, small, easy to store away and configure it comes already assembled just read the instructions on manual paper for more info. It’s not completely quiet it does creak but sounds more like a tap when you step, depending how hard and fast you’re going. It reads you your steps, time, calories, just press the only button. I haven’t using the straps it came with though and this stepper might not seem that hard but once you get on within 3 minutes your calfs and thighs will be burning! I listen to music, watch a show/movie or talk to someone while doing it so it’s easier. Just used it today for 33 min and I got to 1600 steps and according to it burned 228 calories then did another session later on I think its probably best at first to work your way up to it like 15 min, then 30 , 45 etc. to build endurance. Worth the $, so far no complaints.
