Good scale! Works!
This scale was easy to set up and get running. The app is optional and not required for it to work. It is easy to read and the display is clear. I tested it against another scale in my house and it appears to be accurate. The design is nice, minimal and matches basically any bathroom decor.

Cheap smart scale
This is a nice “smart” scale – works well and seems accurate. Bluetooth works OK, wish that it synced directly to Apple Health without the WeighSync app but it seems to work fine. Good for the price.

Overall happy with this.
Pros:Sleek and Modern DesignI really love the clean, stylish appearance of this scale. The glass and metallic silver platform, along with the blue backlit display, make it look elegant and fit well in my bathroom.Bluetooth SyncingThe scale syncs easily with the WeighSync app via Bluetooth, which is perfect for me since I can track my weight over time. It’s great for anyone, like me, who wants to keep a digital record of their progress without the hassle of writing it down.Ease of UseI find this scale super simple to use. I just step on it, and it powers on automatically. There’s no complicated setup, so it’s ready to go right away.Compact and SturdyThe scale is thin and compact, so it fits perfectly under my bathroom door. The glass feels thick and durable, so I’m confident it’ll last for a long time.App FunctionalityI like that the app syncs easily and helps me monitor my weight over time. It’s especially helpful for tracking my weight loss journey, and I can even sync the data with Apple Health.Affordable and PracticalFor the price, this scale offers great value. It does everything I need it to do—simple weight tracking—without any unnecessary extras.Cons:Accuracy IssuesOne downside I’ve noticed is that the scale’s accuracy isn’t always consistent. Sometimes, when I step on the scale multiple times in a row, my weight fluctuates by a bit, which can be frustrating.Surface SensitivityThe scale needs to be placed on a perfectly level surface to give accurate readings. I learned this the hard way when I put it on bathroom tiles that weren’t perfectly flat, and the readings were way off. It’s definitely something to keep in mind when choosing where to use it.Inconsistent Results Across Different ScalesI’ve compared this scale with a few others in my house, and I’ve noticed that the readings aren’t consistent. The results can differ quite a bit, which can be annoying if you’re looking for precise measurements.App Rating and FunctionalityWhile the app is useful, I’ve seen some mixed reviews about it. It’s a bit basic, and it doesn’t have the best rating (only 2 stars). This might make the experience less enjoyable if I were relying on it more often. Not Ideal for Precision-Dependent UsersSince I’m on a weight loss journey, I do care about accuracy, and the scale’s fluctuations can be frustrating. If you need precise measurements for medical reasons or specific goals, this might not be the best choice for you.

It’s accurate
I think this scale is pretty accurate in its reading it it needs a hard surface to be able to read it accurately. You do not need to download an app etc to use it. You can use it like a regular scale, which is what I do. It is lightweight and built of good quality. I like the way it looks as it gives a sleek and clean appearance.10/10 would recommend and get again.

Accuracy!
Taylor has always made a great bathroom scale and this one is no exception! The LED display is bright and vivid with large numerical display. The scale is very accurate, even recording fractional pounds! This has a a very sturdy build quality that’s best used on a hrad and level floor the the best results. An overall excellent value and highly recommended!

Slick looking, low profile scale with bluetooth connection
This is a nice looking low profile scale. It will easily fit under cabinets or shelving. The scale is easy to set-up with the batteries (included), place the batteries in the back and voila. Large enough display for the more experienced humans. The weight tracking and other features are available in the app, which I have not tried. Recommend!

Probably the best you can get these days, which isn’t great
I remember there was a time when bathroom scales, and in particular Taylor Scales, were renowned for their accuracy and precision. And then Taylor started shutting down all of its US-based factories and offshoring. What’s sad about this is that it ends up with the situation where no two scales are accurate, and even the measurements on the same scale can fluctuate. Case in point: I have a Weight Watchers scale made by Conair, another Taylor scale, and this one. All of them give completely different results. Worse, when I weighed myself on this scale, moved the scale, and weighed myself again, I had evidently lost 1.4 pounds in 11 seconds (!) There was no difference in the way I was standing on the scale. One thing I realized is that all scales that are mass produced overseas (which means all scales) suffer from this phenomenon. That’s why you can go to Amazon reviews and see rave reviews from some customers and terrible reviews from others. There doesn’t seem to be any consistency anymore even among the elite scale manufacturers like Taylor was. The only criteria for success seems to be “get it close enough”.I wanted to see once and for all how “off” this scale was, and you can see the results. A 25 pound weight registers at 25.6 and 50 pounds of weights registers at 51. But again, the problem is that even this disparity isn’t consistent so you may see completely different results than me.Taylor recommends an app called “WeighSync”. It’s a very basic app that takes a little getting used to but it does the job; it recognizes your scale, syncs to Apple Health, and keeps a record of your weight over time.I’m afraid that the days of getting truly accurate measurements are long over. I wish Taylor could return to its roots and start making scales that were universally accurate, but sadly “close enough” seems to be the new norm, even with them.
