Works but woke up groggy
Took last night for first time, it did give me a quick sleep. I was able to fall asleep pretty fast and I didn’t wake up at all last night like I normally do. I felt like it worked and I got a deep sleep. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I woke up really groggy with bad headache. I’ll give it another try and update post.

I’ve only been taking them for a week and I can tell a difference in my mood during the day. I work a very stressful day and ever since I started taking these at night my days have been way easier to manage. Easy to swallow, great ingredients, sleep is better. I will be repurchasing.

Might be too strong for some
The 2 weeks I took it, I got the most restless sleep ever. I did some digging and ingredients like Taurine and L-Theanine can be more stimulating for people, and a few of these ingredients tend to be stimulating specifically for people with anxiety or adhd. It also gave me diarrhea the whole time I was using it, it never improved. I stopped taking it for a few nights, everything returned to normal, and then I took half a dose, and instantly back to bad sleep and diarrhea.I think it can work well for some, but I’d recommend choosing a supplement with less ingredients if you have a sensitive stomach or nervous system.
