I absolutely love this amino complex powder—and honestly, everything from this brand has been amazing so far. The lemon flavor is my go-to; it tastes great, mixes easily with water, and never leaves any gritty texture behind. Good product
I love the flavor of this stuff but I recommend diluting it or not drinking on an empty stomach it does cause mine to burn if I do, but I also think this was because the grains weren’t dissolving because I was mixing it in really cold water at first , so I prefer it highly diluted which does take from the flavor but that’s just my needs… It does need a good blending or it can settle at the bottom, I recommend doing it in a tiny bit of warm water and then adding after dissolved to cold water and ice.

Ordered Berry flavor – got something green & yucky
In the past I’ve brought multiple containers of the Berry flavor. They’ve always been berry colored and berry flavored until the last one which was a yucky green color and tasted fowl. I’m scared to order any more of this product while there is a chance of this happening again.I tried contacting Thorne customer service. All I got was radio silence.

Bad aftertaste
I’m pretty sure this product is good but the taste is unbearable. Bad aftertaste and I tried mixing it with some electrolytes but you still taste it. Wouldn’t recommend.
