Salty but also very sweet, expensive
My partner and I go through a lot of hydration packs, so we’re always trying new options. These packs are smaller than others we’ve used (only 3.7g per packet), and they have a high sodium content at 500mg per serving. The packs dissolve well with a good shake, no grit or residue left behind. The flavor is very, very sweet as well as a little too salty. I do like that it’s monkfruit–sweetened instead of sugar or stevia. I always mix this with more than 20 oz of water. The glacier flavor is hard to describe but good.At $25 for 16 packets (about $1.56 each), I don’t think the value is great, especially considering the high sodium and less than ideal flavor. The packs seem effective enough but not quite necessary for regular workouts.

Finally electrolytes without sugar or stevia
I am really happy I came across Trulabs Hydration Packets because I was looking for something that was easy to carry with me to work and on long hikes. I find the flavor pleasant enough and am appreciative that they are not overly sweet. Too many similar products taste like fruit punch or lemonade, this is just extra refreshing.I expected that mixing the power would not be perfect (anticipated there being chalkiness or a gulp of sugary gunk at the bottom). In fact, it was just the opposite. I put it in my water bottle, gave the bottle a few hearty shakes and the job was done. Making this so easy and doable on a daily basis. The product is made in America, but it is important to note that the company phrases things carefully by saying the ingredients are globally sourced…then not saying where they are sourced from. Therefore, I removed a star. I think if ingredients do come from reputable sources, a company should not be afraid to say so.The price is a bit high, so I won’t order this regularly even though I do think it is better than it’s competitors.

I like the glacier taste and the ingredients seem solid
The packets do what they’re supposed to. They mix easily, dissolve cleanly, and did OK for me after workout and weekend mornings. The formula is sugar-free, uses monk fruit as a sweetener, and includes electrolytes along with a full lineup of vitamins and minerals. That makes it a step above basic sports drink powders that only replace salt and potassium.I like the flavor, it seems on the artificial side, but I don’t mind it. definitely comes across a sweet. It does feel more balanced when diluted to around twenty ounces. The salt level is noticeable but in line with what you’d expect from a proper electrolyte drink.Packaging is convenient enough – single-serve sticks. The mix performs well in both blender bottles and regular water bottles. At around twenty-five dollars for sixteen packets, it’s on the higher end of the category. You’re paying for the extras: vitamins, zero sugar, and U.S. manufacturing. If you just need hydration, there are cheaper options. If you want a cleaner ingredient list and broader nutrient support, it’s a fair buy.In short, this is a reliable hydration mix with solid quality control and decent flavor, but not a budget pick. Worth it if you want the nutritional edge, less so if you only care about quenching thirst.

Refreshing Flavor and Convenient for On-the-Go
I’m often looking for hydration products that are easy to take with me, and these individual packets are very convenient for throwing in a gym bag or keeping in my car. The powder mixes into a standard water bottle with just some vigorous shaking, dissolving completely without leaving any clumps or gritty texture behind. The “Glacier” flavor is light and refreshing. It is very reminiscent of the similarly named flavor from a popular sports drink, which is a taste I already enjoy. For an electrolyte mix, the flavor profile is nicely balanced. You can taste the saltiness that is expected from a high-electrolyte formula, but it is not overwhelming and works well with the overall taste. The drink is sugar-free, sweetened with monk fruit extract instead. I found the level of sweetness to be just right when mixed in about 20 ounces of water. The addition of a full profile of vitamins and minerals is a thoughtful touch that adds to the quality of the formula.I’ve used this mix after workouts and during long, active days, and it works well for rehydration. The combination of a familiar, pleasant flavor and a solid ingredient list makes this a dependable choice. The single-serving format is very practical, and the quality of the drink itself makes it effective for my hydration needs.

Contains a Major Undisclosed Allergen for Me, Packaging Text Needs Updates ASAP
I really wanted to try these, I really wanted to like these! Sadly, a lot of companies these days are using spirulina, which is an allergen I’m anaphylactic to. I’m giving 1 star, because it’s not listed as containing sulfites, an allergen, but most all spirulina powder contains enough sulfite (over 10ppm) and MUST be disclosed. This is really dangerous for about 10% of asthmatics, and I can’t drink it. It’s trying to be clean, but they really need to be more clear about that ingredient as it’s not safe for many like me.My partner says it tastes ok, but doesn’t mix well
