The unit is an impressive piece of equipment if you choose the correct weight range and apply yourself seriously. When used regularly, you will see a significant improvement in how your body looks, feels, and behaves. Beginners should purchase the model with the lowest weight range, as they will be disappointed otherwise.This is my second unit, the first from a different manufacturer. The defective first one came with little instruction in a brown box. This unit arrived in a picture box with a large foldout instruction sheet. I think these exercise units are made by one company and sold by different suppliers. That said, this is a solid, seriously well-made piece of equipment, not a flimsy toy. Advanced users will appreciate the build and its ability to easily unsnap for travel with you to the gym, providing a seamless and convenient experience.As an aging bodybuilder, this equipment has restored muscle that I thought was long gone. I can recommend this model.
