GREAT Adjustable Seated Dip Machine!
Regardless of VEVOR’S name for their machine, it is a “SEATED DIP MACHINE” and it works great. The steel is heavy gauge with strong and solid welds. Workmanship was to standard with quality fit and finish. Nothing was missing and there were no dents or scratches. All parts were individually packaged. The product came with a written instruction manual which I appreciate as I hate having to go online to get instructions. It also came with the basic tools to assemble it, BUT I recommend using an Adjustable wrench and/or a socket set as it will greatly speed the assembly. I assembled it my self with no help and did not use any power tools. It took me about 2 hours to assemble it and tighten all the bolts. A note on the instructions. At first, it looks intimidating because there are no sentences or paragraphs explaining how any of the parts should be put together. However, if you study the instruction book, you will observe that that there are a series of diagrams that show where each part goes, and all the parts, bolts, washers and nuts are labeled. So, you do not have to guess. As long as you take your time, assembly will be smooth, concise and organized. I am not a “handy-person”. (I once took a 10 speed bicycle apart and could not get it back together). With this machine and following their instructions, every part went where it was supposed to go the first time. I did not have to re-do anything. Here are a couple of assembly and use tips: First, when assembling the base, if you find one side is not level after attaching with the bolts, washers and nuts, simply untighten the nut on that side 1 quarter turn. If you are 6 feet or taller, you may find that the chain for the curl bar is too short as I did. You can easily fix this by simply adding an additional one or two steel Safety Spring Hooks of fasteners. You can buy them on Amazon or at the local hardware store for a few bucks. (The ones I bought on Amazon hold up to 880 pounds and were a few dollars for a package of 6). The best part of the machine is the dip station. The seat is adjustable allowing you to get the best seating position to get maximum stretch. I am 6’1″ and it works great for me. Also, the handles are exceptional. They can be flipped outwardly allowing you to really stretch your outer pecs for a good burn and pump. Pushed inward and the handles allow you to stretch and really work your triceps as good, even better, than the triceps pushdown using a lat bar machine. This Seated Dip Machine allows you to really isolate your triceps when your work them. Additionally, you can also just grip the handlebars (and not the handles) when doing the dipping motion to work the center pecs as well as the outer pecs. This Seated Dip Machine is great for doing HIT weight training. I find that the seated dip station on this machine works as well as the ones at the commercial gym. I put 150 pounds (75 pounds on each side) and it easily handled that and the dipping operation was smooth through the range of motion. As you stack weight plates on the machine, you may find that the plates interfere with the smooth range of movement. If so, you can slide two barbell collars (one on each side) onto the weight arm first, and then add your pates. This gives the plates a little extra clearance and allows for a smooth dipping operation for the full range of motion. The machine comes with Olympic Weight holders or adapters that slide over the arm that holds the weight plates. Since I already had over 550 pounds of cast iron weight plates with the 1″ diameter holes, I did not use the adapters. In that case, you just load the weight plates directly onto the arms. The reason I bought this machine was entirely for its dipping station and it is without a doubt a 5-Star product and weight lifting experience. I saw the Curling Station as a bonus, and to that end, it is of marginal use. Now this could be because I am 6′ and 1″ in height but even with the extra links of chain, the curling movement is awkward at best. I don’t get a full range of motion not due to the chain length but the bar’s movement itself makes the curling awkward. For me, I found using a one arm curling handle (bought separately) attached to the chain provided a better range of motion. I would rate the Curling Station due to its lack of range of motion and awkwardness to be of adequate use and give it a 3-Star. In spite of this, this Seated Dip Machine excels in its dipping function. It was well designed and has a weight lifting capacity of 440 pounds. Further, the seat is very comfortable and of high quality materials. The seat back is comfortable, yet firm, and the quality is excellent. I would buy the VEVOR Seated Dip Machine again and I Highly Recommend it. 5-STARS–A+

Awesome chest day addition
I’ve been familiar with Vevor for quite a while (they are probably best known for their tools), but I only just recently learned that they now have their own versions of classic fitness equipment. I’d been wanting a chest machine for some time now, so when I saw this Vevor pec-dec machine for sale on here at the right price, I decided to take a chance on it. Very glad I did because this model is outstanding high-quality. It looks and feels very solid, heavy and tough — I would put this model up against any equivalent machine in a commercial gym. One great feature is the handles are very ergonomic. Assembly was reasonably simple and self-explanatory, but a decent instructional assembly guide from Vevor was generously included. This pec-dec delivers a very good chest pump, and I can tell it has made my chest muscles stronger because I have already been able to add on more weight for sets. One difference I have noticed from some other pec-dec machines is that at full contraction (or full squeeze) of the machine arms together, your arms aren’t extended out at a full 90 degrees from your body, but closer to a 45 degree angle, as if you are folding your arms at the elbow across your chest. Accidentally or not, this is actually a great thing because it stimulates more muscle groups besides just the pectoralis muscles — I can also feel the movement and stimulation in both my shoulders and even my biceps as well. And of course, the reverse/rear deltoid flys are a great bonus.Been using this machine for well over a month now, I like it and am fully satisfied with it. It is very tough, solid quality, easy to clean, and works as advertised. If you’re looking for a good, reliable chest machine you could do much, much worse than this one. As with any fitness machine with moving parts, be sure to use a metal lubricant to reduce friction. With this machine, lubricate the rear column that the weight carriage slides up and down on so that it will glide smoothly and quietly.Every bit just as good of quality as any expensive similar machine but at a much friendlier price. Hope this helps!

not bad, easy build, arms and grips could be better
easy to build. the grips and length of the arms seems kind of short and this is coming from someone who is 5′ 7″using both handles to do a chest fly i don’t feel i can fully extend my arms in a natural feeling way similar to the machines i use at the gym. using it single arm though lets me extend and get the full range of motion i was looking for. it’s not a bad machine and fills a hole in my home gym i’ve been wanting to fill for years. i’m sure i’ll get used to it.

Dossier déchirure la porter entre le dossier et les bras de l’appareil trop proche se qui donne une mauvaise exécution de l’exercice et bloquage au niveau de l’ajustement

You CANNOT do back rows with this machine like in the first pic, it just does not work. And for the chest as you go back the bearings are so bad that the weight tension goes away. I would not recommend .

Excellente machine de qualité, facile à monter et qui fait parfaitement le job. Excellent rapport qualité/prix à confirmer dans la durée. A recommander!

I just finished assembling the machine and I must say it is sturdier that I thought. In the listing it says 200lbs max but in the booklet it says 100kg or 220lbs max per side so basically a total of 200kg.I loaded it to 80kg and it was holding well no problems when exercising.Plus there is a lot of variations of exercise you can do for example with a chain and a dips belt you could do calf raise pretty easily and sitting a the floor you can do lat pulldowns.
