GREAT JACK LIFTS NICE COMES DOWN NOT SO NICE
WORKS GREAT BUT!! The reviews that say it lowers to fast, Yes way to fast so I fixed that and I will tell you how and show you photos too. It’s very stable because it is built from square stock steel and they did a nice job, I have a 700lb Fatboy on it and I trust it. I use one strap from the jack over the seat tube and down to the jack again and it sits still no problem but know that when you strap it down and then start pumping up to raise the bike the strap gets tight and you cant tell at all the jack is no joke. Look out when it is lowering time because it drops like right now if your not ready for it you will fall over do something unexpected, so I took off the lowering peddle and modified it and it works nice and predictable now it took about 40 minutes. First the step peddle slides left and right on the pin that holds it in so shim it like i did with a 5/8ths nut or use washers to keep it still. see photo #10 the silver nut on the left side. Drill a hole about 1/2 way through the part that pushes the button that lowers the jack make it big enough so if you step on the lowering part it wont work the button gos in the hole and nothing happens. Next get a machine screw and a nut for it and a tap the matches the thread count drill the hole Tap it and run the screw into the small tapped hole so it just enough to push that button, now you can control the amount the lowering peddle can push and you don’t need much, just a little bit will still work quick but nothing like the stock set up. I am thinking about adding a little more metal the the stops to make them taller with a mig welder and adding to the two arms that use those stops they are too flimsy for my comfort but they do work as is so no minus stars. Take a look at my photos if you need a fix on that lowering thing of have two people there when lowering your bike or ATV just to be safe. photos start #7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18. number 18 is looking up at it through a mirror you can see the button inside that the screw pushes to lower the jack. #15 is the stop and arm I may beef up

Motorcycle Lift
I’ve been looking at Amazon and other places, for a good lift for my bike. I have a 2000 Harley-Davidson Fatboy, monster softail. I do all of the maintenance on any bike and I’ve had a few over many decades. This is the first time I’ve purchased a lift. I was very shocked how low the price was for the quality of the lift. It is rated for 1500 lbs. The Fatboy is kicking close to 700lbs. This lift, Easily lifts and lowers the bike. No stress, strain, creeking etc. Does not wobble when lifting, also, I can easily move the bike around when it’s lifted, using the tall , long handle. On a flat, firm surface, asphalt or concrete, it’s very easy to pull and push the bike around on the lift. The lift rails are generous, wide and long. You can easily work under the bike, accessible to the drain plugs, and general cleaning/inspection. Nice to be able to spin the tires completely. I can crawl under the bike as well. There is a heavy duty , steel safety bar. As you lift , the safety bar travels over steel notches on the floor rails. They lock in, as a secondary safety feature, it will not drop and hurt you or the bike. Pump is very strong and heavy duty. Great paint job, front wheels are very heavy duty and roll easy. Rear casters are great, easily steer the lift. The lift is extremely low profile, can very easily slide under any bike etc. Foot peddle for lift is strong and the lower peddle to drop the lift is strong too. I paid 104.00 for this lift. It was on sale. As a 30 year biker, I’ve had a few bikes, and tons of equipment and tested lots of contraptions. This is a 10/10 , hits all quality and reliability points. Can’t beat the price. I’ve purchased many Vevor products, and I’ve never been let down I highly recommend this lift.

When I purchased this, I didn’t do my due diligence and look at the negative reviews; I did after the fact and it’s not pretty. I thought I would have this for a while and then saw dozens of complaints that the hydraulics went out after a month. But I used it to change my oil and it went so well and I figured maybe some people just got unlucky.Can you tell where this is going? My motorcycle was in the air as I was hoping to remove the wheels and go get new tires mounted and balanced. And I noticed on my first lift, the jack wasn’t perfectly placed, sturdy but not confident enough to leave so for the afternoon while I get the tired mounted and balanced, so I attempted to lower the bike; and it got stuck in mid air. The release no longer works. There may be simplier solutions, but not one that I am aware of and I had to call my friend to help me lift the bike up enough to have a third person pull the lift out from under it.I went to return it and my options are to repack the lift and ship it at UPS store. I dont have a 36x24x24 box just laying around and it no longer fit in the original box because its stuck in a lifted position. UPS charges me 36 dollars to pack/ship it. After I ship it, Amazon send me an email that they may charge back some of the refund if the item is not returned in new/unused condition. They charge up to 50% of the cost of the item. So its a possibility that without throwing a fit, I end up with a 14 dollar refund after the cost to ship this item back.TLDR; quit working in 3 weeks, cost me 4-5 hours and a favor from a friend, and quite possible 100 dollars. if you read this please heed this warning and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
