Reliable Floor Protection and Noise Control for My Treadmill Workouts
I’ve been using this exercise floor mat under my treadmill, and it’s made a noticeable difference in both floor protection and noise reduction. Just what I needed
This mat is the perfect size for my needs—large enough to fit my bike with some extra room around the edges. Excellent workout mat
I purchased this mat to help with my daily workouts at home. I usually place dumbbells and kettlebells on it when I do cardio and strength training. The mat is actually very nice and thick, does a nice job protecting the floor and providing an aesthetically pleasant addition to my workout room. The price is better than other similar mats that I saw in brick and mortar stores.

Awesome mat at a good price
I am impressed. I use this for my elliptical and it has made a big improvement in stability. The mat is pretty light but holds up to weight well. The mat was a little too big but the mat was designed in a grid pattern so using a box cutter to trim it is super easy no straight edge required. The mat does have a smell but that is normal it’s a natural process called de gassing. Let it sit outside or run a fan on it for a few hours or overnight it will stop smelling. I use my elliptical every other day and so far the mat is functioning wonderfully. Overall I LOVE it.

Compact- absorbs vibration well
Very basic but exactly what I needed. If you have your bike or equipment in the upstairs or in apartment and are worried about noise, this is the most affordable solution. It also protects the floor. No smell, compact easy to store again if needed. Fits my exercise bike perfectly.

It is a nice use even if you want to work out and put your dumbbells. Super durable and thick enough to protect the surface.I love that it doesn’t slide around and not that heavy too if you want to fold it back. Will keep it for sure!

Not long enough for treadmill
Quality is nice, but not big enough for treadmill so I gave it 3 stars. I kept it as a mat. My dog likes so he uses it the most. lol
