This 6.5 lb vest is pretty comfortable to wearI’m 5’5″ and it sits on my upper chest area and has an adjustment up high to tighten it up (or loosen)It seems to be weighted front to back well so there’s not a ton of pressure on the tops of the shouldersTime will tell how the material and filling hold up but straight out of the package (just a plastic bag) it seems all intact and well constructed and compartmentalized to keep the weight where it’s supposed to be.I like having different variations of weight vests depending on what I’m doingThis is the first vest that’s short that I have and so far so good.Nice to have that slightly heavier than 5# but less than 10# variation especially for walks or adding heft to a workoutRecommended.
