Very comfortable
I normally avoid weight belts. They dig in and are very uncomfortable. WOD Nation Weight Lifting Belt does none of that. The first time I wore it, my husband asked me if I was going to take it off. I completely forget I even had it on. The support is great as well. Normally I get some lower back discomfort with OHS. When I did some heavier OHS with the belt on, I could feel a major difference. It helped a lot in keeping my core engaged and stable.I believe I got a medium for my waist size and the sizing is pretty spot on.WOD nation has yet to let me down on their products. I’m always looking for what they come out with next!!

Great quality belt for the price! I was right on the edge of two sizes so got the smaller and it fits great! Very easy to adjust between sets and stays in place! I would recommend to anyone looking for a basic lifting belt!
