Versatile little Fitness Tool
I was very pleasantly surprised by this piece of equipment. It actually does what is advertised!There are videos of workouts online with what looks to be professional trainers so it is easy enough to figure out, and it does not take up much space at all.As with anything, assembly is required, but this one wasn’t as confusing as some things that I have tried-and failed-to put together. Overall I consider the item a very good pick and very functional.

Great in house at home Gym, during Coronavirus
Let start out with pros… first very easy to assemble 5-10 mins if that. I use it 15-20 each day on just abs and roughing together. I feel my abs are sore and that is probably because I’m not your buff and really fit. I’m 5’9 and 170.. wear size 9 and have more upper chest area. So just using this machine to keep stomach flat and try to work on love handle. Put on alittle weight since coronavirus, due to sitting at home, so I purchased this to keep me from gaining more and to keep me active.It’s great for abs and each to move from one work out abs longe to sit and twist. I also like to turn from that and due the leg longes. I is a nice little gym for at home. Doesn’t take to much room. I leave it up so that it’s a reminder to use. I see it in the morning, and get on it before work or is tired after dinner I jump on.Cons.. the only thing I wish it had like Wonder Core 1 is the neck support. Not sure why they stop put extra cushion for your next, I have to hold my neck or only do so many at a time, your neck gets alittle stiff, I get migraine easy so have to watch my neck. But other then that…LOVE THIS MACHINE

Don’t Waste Your Money
I always try my best to be nice and give constructive criticism when I review products here on Amazon that I feel negatively about but sometimes it’s difficult and I just have to wonder what in the world is going on in the minds of people who create things to sell to the public at large!First of all, I couldn’t wait to get this. I wanted to love it but I HATE IT WITH A PASSION and with very good and logical reasons.I am a female, 5′ 7″ and 120 lbs. I lost 32 lbs. after going Paleo and am looking to tighten up my mid-section a bit more. I was really attracted to the design of this machine because doing sit ups on the floor or even a mat, really hurts my back as I have a slight curvature of the spine (mild scoliosis).When I saw this machine I got very excited because I would have something to help take the pressure off my back and give me the core workout I’m looking for. I had read reviews beforehand that stated if you’re 6′ or taller this machine would be too short for you so I thought it would work for me because I’m only 5′ 7″. Well, not so! This machine is SUPER SMALL all the way around….length, width, height, everywhere!When I tried doing sit ups my butt hung over the back of the seat at least half way not to mention the seat, that’s made to spin for other excercises doesn’t lock so while you do sit ups it moves. So imagine you’re on this thing and you’re getting ready to go backwards all the way to the floor but as you go your butt goes sliding off the back edge of the seat AND the seat is trying to spin around! It’s a major feeling of insecurity not to mention you can’t stay in correct form to get the most out of your sit ups.Another issue is there isn’t nearly enough tension in the springs to possibly make this machine even remotely effective to tone/tighten your midsection much less give you a 4-6 pack. It’s not possible with this because when you go back and come up the springs do all the work. You literally don’t have to use any muscles in your mid-section to raise yourself back to a seated position. I felt nothing whatsoever in my abs.In my opinion this is what the problem is…. This thing is made in Japan. The people there are much smaller in stature than those of us in the USA. It boggles my mind that they think this miniature workout machine will work for average size American adults.Example; I wear a size 0-2 or XXS in USA size clothing but if I were to purchase clothing that’s coming directly from China/Japan etc… I would have to order a L or XL. If they want to sell their wares to folks in the USA then they need to make their wares to accommodate the size of our people. It’s just common sense.So this machine is going back and I will be searching for a different machine. There are several other machines here on Amazon that look very similar to this one but I’m thinking they’re tiny as well unless they’re made in the USA. I’m not looking to spend $1000-$2000 so I just might end up getting “the ball” and seeing how that goes.It saddens me that I have to send this back but there is just no way it works and in my opinion, if they’re going to sell this machine it should be geared towards young children who want to start getting into fitness. Those are the only humans who can correctly use this thing. Having said that, I did very much like the arm workout tension bands with handles that come out of the front. Too bad everything else was awful.So if you’re like me, an adult looking to firm up your mid section with the hopes of getting tight, tone abs, LOOK ELSEWHERE because the only thing this machine will do for you is stretch your back a little when you lie back and tone your arms.Sorry Wonder Core. This is an epic fail.

Worth it!
It does what it says! I can feel my abs tightening. Plus it help tone my arms and thighs. You do different workout on different body areas. Easy to use and understand. So far its durable. You can adjust to uour comfort. You can also change the resistance

Excelente producto! La calidad de los materiales es muy buena, armarlo no resulta complicado, el equipo llegó a tiempo y todo excelente, lo importante a considerar es que es un equipo pequeño, es decir, para una persona de 1.70m o más tal vez no le resulte funcional pues lo más que se puede extender es como se ve en la foto. Todo lo demás me pareció excelente y el precio más.

es un poco (un poco) incomodo la postura de las rodillas sobre el brazo de las ligas, al no ser muy alto en el brazo de apoyo, ni tener un extensor de mas de 4 orificios en el perno del tubo central, resulta incomodo para personas de una estatura mayor de 1.75, (yo mido 1.78), sin embargo es pequeño, practico y facil de guardar, las ligas que vienen son de baja resistencia, viene con una guia de alimentacion y un dvd de rutinas.

Es muy fácil de armar y de usar, ocupa poco espacio. Me encantó que trajera un plan de alimentación y una guía de ejercicios.
