Great Quality and Price!
I bought two pair for my sons, and they are great. They are easy to put on and adjust. They can be adjusted to fit my 11 and 12 year old sons ankles, as well as mine. Once on, they are comfortable, with no need to keep adjusting. O, and the little pouch is an added bonus to make it easier to transport, and switch from bag to bag without losing or leaving one behind.

I love using these for going on walks, the Velcro holds and it doesn’t slide on my arms, the fit is perfect you can wear either on your wrists or ankles and the durability is great!

These are fantastic! I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass over the past year and these are perfect. I took the amount of weights down to about 1.5 lbs and can add weights as my muscles build. I highly recommend them.

Each bracelet has (8) weights that can freely slide off the velcro band. Genius! Appear to be made for durability. Will be easy to clean. Velcro is strong. Not that I want to lighten the weight, but nice that the ‘tabs’ can be adjusted for comfort at ankles.
