Best tasting BCAA from Xtend
I’ve been using Xtend BCAAs for about two years now, and they’ve consistently proven to be reliable. I always notice that my recovery time is significantly faster when I take them compared to when I don’t. I recommend their BCAAs in general, but what truly sets this particular one apart is the flavor, it’s exceptional. This is hands down the best-tasting BCAA product I’ve ever had.I love mixing it with Sparkling Ice drinks for a sodalike sensation, and I add a small amount of apple cider vinegar, ginger, and lemon for the added health benefits and a touch of zestiness.

I love my Xtend branch chain amino acids ( BCAA) plus electrolytes. It’s great fuel for my workouts. I don’t always have the time to eat before or immediately after my workout and I definitely don’t wanna be in the middle of working out and breaking down my muscles by not having enough nutrients so I sip on my amino acids and electrolytes during my workouts The electrolytes help keep me going the amino help keep some fuel in my body to avoid muscle breakdown and it helps me complete my workouts.The blue raspberry ice flavor is amazing it dissolves easily and its sugar and carbohydrate free. No sugar or caffeine. Very fine powdered mix.
My wife and I both use this for a sport drink when we’re working out or playing sports on hot days outside. We like this because:- Good taste- Electrolytes and a few other things like isoleucine, leucine, and valine- No sugar- No caffeineNote that this does also contain sucralose. I’ve included pictures with the information on the container.One thing we didn’t like so much:- This is a very fine powder. Scooping it out of the bottle makes a little cloud of aerosolized powder and I have to be careful not to breathe in the powder when mixing it. If I am mixing up enough to fill two of our water bottles, I wear a paper mask while scooping this out and mixing it.

Good product, helps with energy during workouts.
I enjoy the taste and got a baby bottle funnel to help pour this into standard water bottles. 1 full scoop is a little too much for a standard 16.9 fl oz water bottle and tastes a little chalky sometimes, but not an issue if I do less than a full scoop. I also feel like these give me more endurance while working out, without any stimulants, which I prefer.

Workout Staple
I have used XTEND for two years during every workout. It’s easy to prepare and it keeps me hydrated and going through the hardest workouts. The taste is amazing without being very sweet. It can take a lot of ice without changing the flavor. I have never felt dizzy, jittery or ever have a crash afterwards. The price is cheaper than all of the box stores and comes straight to the door.

I love the taste of this. powder! I definitely feel like it helps with muscle recovery. I have this product on a subscription so I don’t run out! The flavor is great and it definitely supports my energy levels. Highly recommend!

Good but not clean enough
I used this product for over 2 weeks. The taste is awful, and I pinched my nose and gulped it down fast! Most of the time, it didn’t sit well on my belly because of the fake sugar in it. So I am going to try a “cleaner” product.
