Good quality. Comes with pump. We keep in our outside in 90 degree weather on our back patio. Occasionally have to put air. Thought it would have bursted or melted away from the hot 90 Florida sun all year long but it’s still going strong! Quality product that last!

I have now owned this balance trainer for over a year. It continues to perform as expected with no defects or issues. I would buy this again and would still recommend it as it is a great value for the price of similar products.Over six months in: I have now used this half balance trainer for just over 6 months. I use this approx. 3 to 5 times a week as I stated in my initial review below. I have had no issues with this product and would recommend this to anyone looking for a half balance trainer.Initial review: I bought this brand after researching multiple half balance trainers. Most of the reviews were good with some really poor ones mixed in for this brand. For half the price of the name brand model, I decided to take a chance. I have owned this now for a month and use it at least 5 days a week. I had no problems airing it up with the pump that was provided. I did not insert the plug completely at first as I did some trial and error with the proper inflation amount for my weight. After getting it to the firmness that I liked, I pushed the plug in tight. As of one month, I have not had any loss of air and the balance trainer has had no problems. I like the rigid texture of the ball and feel comfortable on it while holding weights in my hands and doing exercises with movement to strengthen my core.So far so good. I will try to follow up at the six month point to give an update.

Good price and does the job.
Tbh I don’t want to spent 200$ for bosu and this thing does the same thing for 1/4 of the price. I’m not a professional so this works just fine. I just it mostly for core and balance workout and so far, not bad at all. I had it for about two weeks and haven’t had much problem with air retention. It’s stable and ease to use.

Almost Perfect Alternative to a Bosu Ball
It’s a bosu ball and does everything a bosu ball can do, but it is missing one thing: a couple of spaces on the edges of the plastic base to grab onto when it is lying flat on the ground. It is difficult to pick up because there is no space or handle to stick your fingers in. That’s my only complaint but that inconvenience is worth the discount vs the more expensive real thing.

The affordability and design of this product made me buy it. I got the all black one, and I’m not disappointed. I’m an avid gym goer, but this is a great addition to my home gym. It is a little bit heavier than the bosu ball which I like because it will make bosu burpees a little bit more challenging. It also has much better traction on the top and bottom, which makes it feel a lot more sturdy. I read some reviews that mention it being hard to pump up with the pump that was provided. I found it very easy to pump up, within 4min. The tube should be connected to the blue portion of the accordion pump as opposed to the red side or else it will not pump that well. If you’re on the fence you should buy it.

I have was shocked at the quality of this product. I’ve used the brand name version at the gym and I’m pretty sure this one’s actually much better. It’s heavier than you would think which means it’s solid on the ground. Great for run ups, but also easy to flip to do push-ups and around the worlds. It is heavy, so keep that in mind depending on your own strength, but I got it on Black Friday sale and I’m happy. I got one for my home workouts.This is my opinion based out of the box and after a couple of workouts, I’ll update if things change. This is my second yes4all product they don’t disappoint on sale, price or quality.
