Solid bar!
This bar ended up being far more sturdy, weighty, and just better than I had expected, given the low price. I’ve included a picture showing the weight, of nearly 5 pounds.There is a drawback to this bar, however. The rotating attach point does not come pre-greased. It felt very rough while doing my exercises. After I finished, I used my grease gun to inject heavy duty grease into the grease/oil hole. This solved the problem and the bar immediately felt smooth during the next workouts. The downside is that the grease continues to ooze out of the pivot joint and I constantly worry about it getting on the carpet.For the money, this is a great tricep bar!

Great attachment, the one I had previously didn’t rotate, which made some exercises uncomfortable. This one works perfect. You will wear gloves when using this though. The knurling is deep and sharp. Not a bad thing, just really rough on bare hands.

Good looking and well made product, gives you a comfortable gripping position for everything, but you’d assume from time it took for it to ship and arrive; that this would be hand made from scratch. Can’t complain a whole lot the price was a bargain.

Got the Yes4All Cable Machine Attachment Tricep Strap on sale, and it works great for my gym workouts, feeling sturdy and comfy during pulls. The heavy-duty nylon and thick neoprene padding hold up well, making my tricep and ab exercises smooth and effective!
