Good quality, useful for all ages and sizes
These are thick rubber balance balls that are a good size for all ages. They seem super durable and stay inflated. The spikes on the tops don’t hurt but are an interesting texture for my kids’ feet. We use them for balancing exercises built into obstacle courses and “the floor is lava” games. The silicone is just grippy enough to stay in place in the floor nicely. They work exactly as intended and are a nice challenge for all ages and sizes.

fun balance games
We really liked these Hedgehog Balance Pods! I use them with my kids for fun balance games and exercises. They’re great for working on foot strength, coordination, and posture. I bought them mainly for flat feet and valgus prevention, and they’re perfect for that. The colors are bright and cheerful, and the quality is excellent. We use them barefoot and also with socks — they work great both ways. Definitely recommend for home physical therapy and play.

Fun obstacle courses!
My kids ages 2-12 love creating obstacle courses with these stepping stones! I love stepping on them as the texture just feels good on my bare feet! We have had these for years and they have stayed inflated we haven’t once needed to pump them up. The are the perfect size for kids or adults. The function as toys and as self care foot massagers. They are built great and will repurchase these ones again to add to our collection!

Great for my kids and me!
My toddler and preschooler enjoy these for an indoor activity! They are also great for my balance while recovering from an auto accident. Only issues is bits of sand coming out and greasy the hole.

Great to balance on at my standing desk
These came already inflated which was convenient.I use them to stand on while at my standing desk for some balance exercises. I’ll also massage the bottom of my feet in the textured side.They seem to be a high quality material and I have no fear of something happening to them while I’m standing on them.

Fun for sensory and balance needs for kiddos
My preschoolers are getting a lot of use out of these. The texture and color are great. They are great for sensory and balance play/learning. They hold air well and seem to be a good quality material.

Great toy for my sensory seeking four year old and my imaginative 2 year old
My toddlers need a lot of active play in their day or they are bored, destructive and more prone to tantrums. We use these balance pods to make obstacle courses, to do circle time at home. We use them while singing the rainbow song. My older daughter loves to walk across them when they are upside down and wobbly and then jump onto a bean bag chair. My younger daughter likes to use them as props for her toy dinorsaurs to climb. They are very versatile, sturdy and cheap.

Great for fitness but you may want to try them under your standing desk to work a little harder while standing.

Bought these for my kids to play ‘lava’ on the lounge floor with. They have had lots of fun using them to create little paths and stepping stones. The spikes give great sensory feedback, but they are not ‘too’ spikey. Can be used with and without socks. The colours are bright and they are high quality and durable. Great price.
