A well priced option for rucking or working out
I bought this to use in a new GORuck pack I picked up. It fits perfectly. I also love that it has the handles on two sides on two sides, increasing the functionality, so you can do different exercises with it outside of the pack. It increases my walking workout sufficiently by easily allowing me to add weight. The build quality is excellent. It is metal. It is going to last.

They fit the goruck bag
These work as described and fit perfectly in the goruck backpack. The handles make them easy to add and remove to the ruck sack and i like being able to adjust the weight quickly and easily based on the workout I need. They are the best value I’ve found. Happy with my purchase!

It’s weird to be reviewing this: It’s a 45 pound weight. What’s there to review?😂But here’s a few things I like: It’s narrow enough to fit snugly in the “water pouch” section of my backpack, so that makes it easer to “ruck.” It’s also cheaper than the weight plates I’ve priced on both the “Go Ruck” site and in my local sporting good stores.So all in all, a good plate.

Great plate for the money! It fits in the goruck sacks however not perfectly. Theres definitely wiggle room which when doing challenging hikes can throw you off balance a bit. Easy fix if you pack with material but overall something to be aware of.

Fits clean in my ruck nice and compact. Also great for other excersises. Strong and durable serves its purpose and overall great product for the cost

Perfect for training
This makes it easy to train for long rocks and endurance. Keeps the weight Central and high on the back especially if it is put into a pocket or Molly system internal to the backpack. It makes the load comfortable and yet challenging. Has been used on the Norwegian Ruck march, which is 18.6 MI and the quality of product is outstanding. It is easy to put in and out of your pack, the handles make it super simple to add or remove as needed.

Viktplattan är tillverkad av gjutjärn och är målad i svart för att undvika rost En bra funktion är att den har handtag. Detta gör det mycket enklare att ta den i och ur ryggsäcken. Handtagen gör också att den är användbar vid lättare träning med den som vikt. Viktplattan har mjukt runda kanter för att skydda ryggsäck och händer från skador.
