Worth every penny
This Yes4All Wobble Balance Board is durable and will last even when using it daily. It is easy to carry and light enough that I can carry it easily. This will help add a better core workout and ankle strengthening. Worth every penny and is priced great!

I think it’s helping me.
I feel that that this device helps with my balance. I put it in front of the bathroom sink and stand on it while I brush my teeth. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and do feel like I’m getting better with balancing.

Great Physical therapy tool
Reasonably priced. Great exercise tool for ankle rehabilitation and balance. The textured spikes seem to large which causes discomfort when standing on it. It is lightweight and highly portable.

The “massage” spikes are very hard on feet
Before I purchased this board, I asked the Rufus A.I. if this board could be used while bare-footed. The answer it gave was yes. I read the wobble board description and it confirmed that answer. Unfortunately, I purchased this board based on misinformation. The spikes are so hard that there is no way that I can use this barefooted. (And no, I don’t have sensitive feet, by any means.) To make matters worse, I won’t be able to use this board for exercises that involve placing hands, knees or sitting on it. That greatly lowered the value for money, ease of use, and functionality of this hard spikey wobble board. I regret buying it.
