Just what my girl needed
Okay wow! We’ve only had these for 2 days and these are amazing. My girl is 16 and is starving allll the time. (always has been) she eats plenty but she’s never satisfied. She’s always uncomfortable and never wants to rest because she wants a meal or needs to go out ( to go potty from eating too much.) After eating these she is so much calmer and satisfied with what I am giving her. At 16 she needs to rest a lot more and these are helping with that!Great product.

No Result After First 30 Days!
I didn’t notice a difference in weight with my dog in the first 30 days, but he really liked eating them compared to his weight management kibble.

Didn’t reduce my dog’s appetite
So, the vet says that my girl could drop a pound or two. And, yes, dogs feel exactly about those words the way humans do. They are not thrilled to cut back, lol. I was hoping that these would curtail my dog’s appetite, so that I could cut down on her kibbles without her complaining too much. We love the Zesty Paws brand and have used other health chews from this company and loved them. Indeed, my dog loves the taste of these chews. I drop two on them on her kibbles every night and she chows them down happily. But…I don’t notice any change in her appetite. As an overall digestive health chew, these are great. The ingredients are all positive, but, based on my experience, they did not help reduce my dog’s appetite.

Some positive results so far.
I have a 78lb Amer. Staffy. The vet keeps commenting on her weight. Admittedly she is a little on the chubby side. Either way I love her just the way she is but to appease my vets recommendations I started by cutting back her food portions. This has not been much help despite also walking her 1-2 miles almost daily. So I started to look for some extra help. That’s when I found Zesty Paws vet strength Weight Management Bites. I like that it is a vet formulated supplement. It addresses fat metabolism, feeling more satiated after meals, proper digestion, and contains fiber, L- carnitine and postbiotics and many of the B vitamins. Finally , a supplement that gives a larger size dog a 30 day supply. If you read labels not all of them do and it becomes expensive to replenish the supplement two times a month.I always like chews because they are so easy to give…as long as they don’t smell bad and the taste and consistency are yummy. These chews are all those things to my dog and she readily takes them. It has been about a month and so far she looks like she has slimmed down a little in the waist and has a small rise in her energy level. So far not a miracle cure but it hasn’t even been a full month so I actually feel good about the little bit of progress I see. I plan on giving it a full 3 or 4 months then assessing where we are at on the scale. As of right now with some positive results seen in a short time I would say they are a good value.

These bites are great, my dog loves. She has no idea is a supplement. I give it to her as a treat and she really enjoys having them. I do see a difference in her appetite. She’s not begging for food anymore. It helps curb her appetite. she’s having breakfast and dinner with no begging in between, like before. I’d say they’re effective so far and they also help my dog stay calmer.
